Liquid Outdoor was formed in 2009, when the founding Partners Patrick Sherry and Paul Ducharme made the strategic decision to merge their individual companies together – Trine Outdoor and Black Dog Media. Since the merger, Liquid Outdoor has expanded its national footprint and product line, and now offers a very strong portfolio of innovative media properties and sponsorship opportunities across the country. Liquid Outdoor boasts a premiere client list of the largest national advertisers, marketers and ad agencies in the world, and is recognized and well-respected as a major independent national advertising and sponsorship company.
Bill brings an unconventional background and an important and effective skill set to Liquid Outdoor. Bill has a 25-year career of distinguished and highly decorated law enforcement service, working for both local, county, and federal law enforcement agencies. Bill leverages his government experience and education in the billboard industry particularly in managing local municipality relationships with regard to site development.
Bill was first introduced to the outdoor advertising business in 1998 by his father-in-law, David C. Maxwell, President of the R.C. Maxwell and Company, working in New Business Development.
In 1999, Bill formed Mercer Outdoor Advertising Company and built a successful mobile billboard and outdoor advertising sign business. In 2006, he sold Mercer Outdoor and immediately founded Imagine Outdoor Advertising where he successfully developed numerous outdoor advertising assets in New Jersey and Pennsylvania including a new sign district in downtown New Brunswick.
Bill joined the Liquid team in 2013, and is responsible for developing outdoor advertising bulletins, wallscapes, kiosks, and digital displays; leasing, building and maintaining relationships with government officials, landlords, and public and private parking authority leadership.
Bill attended Seton Hall University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Criminal Justice, and subsequently earned a Graduate Degree in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Bill is also actively involved in several community service and volunteer organizations including NJ Special Olympics, Junior Achievement, and is a volunteer mentor in Trenton and East Windsor, NJ.
Vince began his out-of-home career with Liquid Outdoor in 2014, bringing years of administrative experience from a variety of businesses including Pharmaceuticals, HR Consulting, Automotive Research, and Executive Staffing. Working in a wide range of capacities, he gained invaluable experience organizing databases and coordinating multiple projects, successfully streamlining operations for various branches at each establishment. Prior to joining Liquid Outdoor, Vince attended Rutgers University where he graduated with a BA in Historical Studies. He currently resides in his hometown of Hamilton, NJ.
Pastor Gonzalez is a long-time veteran of the political arena, commercial media and advertising industries. Since 1995, he has amassed a wealth of experience and savvy working for candidates, advocacy groups, and private-sector clients in the health care, tourism, automotive, marine and retail industries. His experience, talent and creative energy have allowed him to produce award-winning media, direct mail and effective print advertising campaigns for his clients. In 2011, Pastor teamed up with Liquid to develop European style street furniture in Miami’s Midtown neighborhood. His operational and leasing skills have helped them expand in Southern Florida as well as other markets around the country. Pastor is a graduate of the Miami International University of Art & Design with a degree in communications. He also studied at Ealing College in London, England. He is a member of the Media Research Center, Advertising Federation of America and the Graphics International Communications Association. Pastor resides in Coral Gables with his two daughters.
